If you're interested in finding your little place in the middle of nowhere...I am convinced that this is the guy to help you find your place. I stumbled upon one of his listings a while back and now check back every now and again to see if he has anything new.

Even if you're not in the market for a property in rural Virginia...these listings are entertaining and refreshing because they are so honest. He has to be the most honest realtor out there -- calls them like he sees them.

All of his listings tell you just how secluded the property is (i.e., can you see neighbors, etc.) and how far each listing is from the nearest Wal-Mart (most of them are a good 20 miles or so from a Wal-Mart, so you know they're pretty rural).

This one is sold, but it is one of my personal favorites. The listing is pages and pages...but well worth the read if you have the time. Besides, we all need something to cheer us up these days,right?
